Law Capsules is committed to providing a seamless experience for users accessing Supreme Court on Words, Phrases and Legal Expressions (Judicially Defined) (1950–2025). This Refund Policy outlines our strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

Subscription Plans

Law Capsules offers two subscription plans:

Monthly Plan

₹999/month

(plus applicable taxes)

  • 1 device login
  • Access to rulings up to 2024

Yearly Plan

₹5,999/year

(equivalent to ~₹416/month, plus applicable taxes)

  • 2 device logins
  • Access to latest 2025 judgments
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features

No-Refund Policy

Important: No refunds are available for any subscription plan, including:

Monthly Plan

Payments are non-refundable, even for partial months or non-use. You may deactivate your account via the dashboard, but access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle, with no prorated refunds.

Y

Yearly Plan

Payments are non-refundable, even for partial years or non-use. Access continues for the full year, and no refunds are issued if you deactivate your account early.

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial with limited access requires no payment. If you subscribe post-trial, the no-refund policy applies immediately.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Platform, contact info@lawcapsules.com or +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly. If the issue persists beyond a reasonable period (e.g., 48 hours), we may offer account credits or extended access at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be provided.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@lawcapsules.com with your account details and transaction ID. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If an error is verified, we may offer account credits or other remedies at our discretion, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

To clarify, no refunds are available for:

Partial or non-use of the Platform during an active subscription.
Dissatisfaction with content, features, or user experience.
Changes in personal circumstances or subscription preferences.
Technical issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Any other reason, unless required by applicable Indian law.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
